Tevyn Soragee
My architectural journey began over 11 years ago at a well-established design firm, where I gained valuable experience and built a strong foundation in design and project delivery. While I’m grateful for those early years, I soon found myself outgrowing the boundaries of conventional practice. I had a bigger vision — one rooted in a desire to do more, to design with purpose, and to make a lasting impact through architecture.
With time, I developed a deep passion for creating timeless, sustainable spaces that do more than serve a function. I believe great architecture should reflect the soul of the client while also respecting and enhancing its environment. My work has always aimed to strike that balance — designing buildings that feel deeply personal, yet thoughtfully integrated into their context.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working across Africa, collaborating with international clients and navigating a variety of regional regulations, cultures, and site-specific constraints. These experiences sharpened my understanding of global standards while reinforcing the importance of local insight.
Eventually, the opportunity arose to launch my own architectural practice — a dream I brought to life alongside a business partner who shares my values, vision, and work ethic. Together, we’ve built a firm dedicated to helping our clients bring their dreams to life through thoughtful, innovative, and enduring design.

Alexandros Tsiotsiopoulos
My journey into architecture began in 2017 when I enrolled at Nelson Mandela University. I completed my BAS degree and went on to earn my Master’s in Architecture in 2021.
I’ve always been drawn to the idea that architecture can quietly shape how people live and feel — when done with care and clarity. That belief led me to co-found this practice, with a focus on creating considered, lasting spaces that respect both form and function.
My work balances context, concept, and the individual needs of each client. While our studio centres around residential design, we’ve also delivered commercial projects, including hospitality spaces like restaurants.
As one of the lead designers in the practice, I spend most of my time focused on detailing, proportion, and the core idea behind each space. For me, it’s not about following trends — it’s about getting the fundamentals right, and letting the architecture speak for itself.
Together with my business partner, I’ve built a practice that values timeless design, strong relationships, and trust. We welcome clients who share these values and are ready to create something that will stand the test of time.
